Shipping & Returns


For UK orders we have a flat rate P&P charge of £2.75 regardless of weight and value of the order.  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class if they weigh less than 1kg and fit into a large letter size or smaller.  Any orders heavier or larger than this will be sent by either Royal Mail 2nd class or MyHermes courier which takes approx 2-3 days from dispatch.  

For European orders P&P is charged by weight to reflect the actual cost we incur by Royal Mail, orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail's Airmail service and those weighing more than this will be sent by courier (usually UPS).

Due to the high postage costs to the rest of the world we no longer ship outside of Europe.

BFPO - we can send orders that weigh less than 2kg to BFPO addresses but unfortunately we are now unable to send any orders weighing more than this at our standard UK shipping rate.  For orders weighing over 2kg we will contact you to offer the option of reducing your order, paying a shipping surcharge or cancelling the order for a full refund.


We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days with the majority getting dispatched same or next working day.  Please allow 7 days when ordering to allow for any delays in the postage system.


Occasionally an item you have ordered will have become unavailable or we do not currently have the quantities ordered.  If we are expecting a delivery in the next 5-7 days we will email you to advise of the delay before dispatching your complete order once everything is available.  If we are expecting a delivery in the next 7-28 days we will ship what we have and send the unavailable item as soon as it arrives, you will always be given the option to cancel that item for a refund or request a substitution. If we are not expecting a delivery within these timescales you will either be refunded for the unavailable item or given the option of a substitution. Occasionally if an item is unavailable we may send what we think is a suitable substitution to ensure you receive your order quickly, if you are not happy with the substitution in these circumstances please do contact us so we can rectify it.


In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or is faulty please contact us as soon as possible.  We will send a pre-paid envelope for the item to be returned and once we have recieved it we will then issue a full refund including any postage charge you originally paid.  

Under the distance selling regulations you have a seven day period where you can return items for whatever reason, they do not have to be faulty to exercise this right.  In these circumstances you will be liable to pay for the return postage and will recieve a full refund minus the original shipping charge.
